Peer Learning Groups

I facilitate Peer Learning Groups for Lloyds Foundation, including for Chief Executives of charities in London and the South of England as well as on national programmes.

These forums enable small charity leaders to knowledge and learning while at the same time establish a support network of peers facing similar challenges.

The facilitation and nurturing of the group has been excellent; we are frank with each other and can openly admit our fears, perceived failures and our achievements in a safe space, which I don’t feel would have happened organically.

Participant feedback

For me personally, I have been able to lead our Charity successfully through one unexpected crisis to another. Without the help from the Peer Learning Group I am not sure we would be where we are today.

Thank you for all that you do – you are a really a great facilitator – although the word does not do justice to all that you bring to the group.
