Coaching is about connecting with people, inspiring them to do their best, and helping them to grow. It’s also about challenging people to come up with the answers they require on their own
As a process, coaching provides individuals with a unique opportunity to review their values, skills, where they are as well as where they want to be; to challenge themselves and grow through those challenges and insights to really begin to fulfil their potential.
I work with individuals in various environments, including professional practice, charities and the public sector; in particular helping to build an individual’s strengths and expertise so they are better able to perform in their chosen roles. Clients include Lloyds Bank Foundation, Newcastle University Business School and CIFF
